Unllike some reviewers, I had a positive experience with Dr. Aggarwal. An incompetent "doctor" did a faulty knee replacement on me. I couldn't find any other local doctor to fix the problem so I headed to Dr. Aggarwal in Columbia. He did a successful knee revision-a very high end ortho procedure-and I walk today. Dr. Aggarwal is very direct and does not exude warmth which may be a problem for some people But as a surgeon, I think his skills are tops.
