Dr. Pillai was my FIRST Pulmonologist that seen me several years ago after being in the ICU on a ventilator for SARS. He was very attentive and listened to not only my ailments but how I was feeling about being diagnosed with COPD. He still prescribes me some medicines after he referred me to the Temple Lung Center in Philadelphia, as my COPD and Emphysema progressed to the point where I need to be evaluated for a lung transplant.
