Oh my, what can I say. Doctor Rusia is a wonderful doctor. My husband was referred to Dr. Rusia by his cardiologist because of a heart failure diagnosis. He had an appointment with Dr. Rusia yesterday and we could not be more impressed. Dr. Rusia was very thorough and we both thought that he seemed willing to spend as much time with us as we wanted. He gave us hope that my husband’s condition can remain stable and to actually improve. I am 70+ years old and Dr. Rusia has the distinction of being tied with one other doctor (a plastic surgeon for a mastectomy) as being the best doctors that I have ever known in my entire lifetime. My husband and I left Dr. Rusia’s office very pleased because we knew that we had just seen a top-notch doctor. In addition, as a bonus, he was very personable and a genuinely nice person. We feel fortunate to have him in charge of my husband’s heart failure issue.
