I would give Dr. Raphael as many stars as possible. I've had problems with anesthesia before during surgery and expressed my concerns to Dr. Raphael. He and his staff not only took care of me during the initial surgery but when an additional emergency surgery was required, they came in at night and handled that one like the professionals they are.
