With a simple gesture, Dr Bloom was soothing and comforting to me when I was brought into the ER in severe pain and distress. He simply introduced himself quietly and put his hand on my shaking hand. His care and attention following that were kind and thorough. And he returned a follow-up phone call very promptly. A true professional with a kind and calming bedside manner. I am grateful.
