Called to schedule an emergent appointment around noon for an HS flare and got in the same afternoon. Usually unheard of in the dermatology world. Dr. Westheim and his nurse were so wonderful and patient with me and my 2 kids in tow. After seeing my issue he decided to change my medication that I had previously requested at my normal dermatologist office within the St. Luke's network and was denied a year prior. I will highly recommend Dr. Westheim and the St. Luke's team at the Monroe campus
