Alan Kimmel apologized for running late which I understand from a caring compassionate doctor. He took the time to listen to us, examine my elderly dad and instead of pushing for the teeth extractions other doctors were pressing dad to do despite the potential bleeding, trauma and to-do of getting him to appointments, took a conservative approach of wait and see and if he experiences pain he would get him in immediately. We both appreciated that!
