9a on Christmas Eve... my front crown broke off at the gum line. UGH! I thought I was sunk for sure. But I called the emergency line and Susie returned my call within minutes and I was at the Dentist office just a couple of hours later. And I wish I could say it was a simple fix, but it wasn't. The tooth also had a crack in it and it broke as well. So now they had 2 little pieces parts. But Dr. Heap and Susie would not be deterred. Dr. Heap came up with a great plan to kind of build something out of 'not much'. And with skill (LOTS of SKILL) - he made a tooth. They even matched the color so you couldn't even tell it wasn't my real tooth. I am beyond grateful. Their kindness, empathy and sincere caring for my well being was almost overwhelming. They just kept saying they were glad they could do it. Dr. Heap is a wonderfully talented Dentist. He and Susie came to the office on Christmas Eve and made Christmas magic for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heap. Thank you Dr. Heap!
