Dr. Fraser provided anesthesia at a procedure for me, and was calm, helpful, and understanding for my unique situation. He came up to my hospital room the next day to check on me and gave me excellent followup advice as well and was very helpful and genuinely kind. I would recommend his skills and proficiency.
