I like Dr Hirsch. he is a no nonsense Dr who makes you very aware that success is in your hands - he is there to guide you and balance your aging, but the follow through and success in losing weight and keeping hormones balanced is dependent on your effort and long term commitment. dr. hirsch is only as committed as his patient is - he practices and lives what he teaches and understands you must be responsible for yourself, which I prefer and respect.
