It was back in November 2021 when Dr. Pavalonis operated on my husband, Robert. He had a triple aortic aneurysm and thanks to Dr. Pavalonis, I have my husband. Dr. Pavalonis advised me of what he was going to do, when, how long the procedure would take and because of him keeping in constant touch with me, I was a bit more relieved and confident that my husband would be okay. Of course, afterwards, he developed two clots in his legs - nothing to do with Dr. Pavalonis but to this day, the care my husband received in Lynchburg General Hospital was pathetic. My husband said the next time he would ever go to that hospital would be in a pine box....how sad is that. Dr. Pavalonis, please move your practice down to Farmville - you are the best.
