Dr. Loveless has always been so kind, caring, helpful and supportive. I have seen her for years and have never had a bad experience with her. However, her front staff is extremely rude. I called and explained after my last annual, no one rescheduled me for my next. In which the receptionist replied with “That’s what happens when you walk out.” I said “No ma’am. I actually stopped and was given a card for the year 2031, and she sent me on my way. She was extremely rude to me and unfortunately I take my first impressions on staff. The tone I was spoken to was extremely rude, not at all compassionate. Extremely disappointed
