How likely are you to recommend Dr. Dvorzhinskiy?
Dr. Dvorzhinskiy is not merely a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon with exceptional credentials, but he is also a delightful person. Truly a GREAT DOCTOR in a profession that has become ever more challenging thanks to Insurance Companies and those for whom the “Bottom Line” is often more important than patient care. Dr. Dvorzhinskiy was calming, reassuring, professional, attentive, thoughtful, responsive, unrushed, and seemed genuinely committed to patient care and well-being. He explained “technical” things with great clarity and responded to our anxieties and endless questions with a wonderfully supportive “bedside manner.” He explained his treatment ideas carefully and actively sought our input and agreement. No wonder he practices at the Hospital for Special Surgery: He (and also his office manager, Mr. Hasan Khedry) were both very special themselves and made us feel very special too.
