Dr. Dvorzhinskiy was calming, reassuring, professional, attentive, thoughtful, responsive, unrushed, and seemed genuinely committed to patient care and well-being. He explained “technical” things with great clarity and responded to our anxieties and endless questions with a wonderfully supportive “bedside manner.” He explained his treatment ideas carefully and actively sought our input and agreement. No wonder he practices at the Hospital for Special Surgery: He (and also his office manager, Mr. Hasan Khedry) were both very special themselves and made us feel very special too.
