Patient Reviews

Laparoscopic surgery is a great advance where the skill and experience of the surgeon makes a big difference. And it is frequently impossible to predict prior to surgery if an operation can be done laparoscopically, or necessitate an open (laparotomy) incision and approach. Pigazzi is an innovator and sought-after teacher in laparoscopic surgery who has used this minimally-invasive approach successfully where other surgeons would chose the easier yet more traumatizing (to the patient) “open” approach. I am very happy that my surgery to address a small bowel obstruction could be resolved laparoscopically by Pigazzi; the results have been excellent.
