Every time I visit Dr. Alex Fokin office Jacqueleen is pleasant calm and lovely. I have been sitting in the waiting room and watch as she communicates and educates and assists patients and it is such a joy to see how she maintains her composure. She is an asset to Memorial and a pleasure to see each and every time I visit
