A 15 hour ER visit 4am-7pm was exhausting but Dr Alex Hoang was so great in his listening skills and had such concern & empathy over lack of care of previous doctor Estrada. Although my 90 yr old mother was not his only patient in ER, he treated her as if she was his only patient with such detailed care! The list of things he did for my mom too much to list. Leaving ER at 7pm exhausted I couldn’t be happier with the care Dr Hoang provided! And to my amazement, he followed up the following day with a call to check on us and he didn’t have to do that! That’s Genuine Dedication to his profession, humanity very Noble! 100 stars. THANK YOU!!!
