Interesting visit. Today was my first visit with Dr. Matz who is presumably taking over for an MD at the Center for Interventional Pain & Spine who May no longer be employed. Dr Matz has impressive credentials, and presented a couple of different medication options. He is not an overly personable doctor. Rather matter of fact and gets down to the basics with title fanfare or conversation. I am not offended by his demeanor but more puzzled. I expected a physician with alittle more bedside manner. But what counts is how he handles my care and if pain is diminished and/or gone and I’m feeling better then he has done his job.
