I saw Dr. Solano through Medvidi (EZ Care Clinic). I was concerned and upset when I was scheduled with her, I read highly upsetting reviews on her via Google. I took the chance and met with her anyways, although I was rescheduled once when she didn't show for the 1st appt due to emergency. I was even more upset and thought I was scammed. I met with her @ my rescheduled appt & was extremely pleasantly surprised and shocked with how she treated me. She actually cared about my mental health and spent 45 mins with me in a 30min appt. She then recommended a therapy website, gave other advice on dealing with my condition, & prescribed me what I needed. My previous psychiatrist never gave me the time of day and never wanted to consider other med options for me. She actually listened and helped, I finally feel hope. I'm so happy that I didn't let the negative reviews deter me from seeing her. It just goes to show that reviews are not always 100% truth and to not put all of your faith in them.
