She was gentle with me, treated me as a real person and commiserated about my pain. It's hard to explain just how good she was to me. When I needed a surgery, she explained precisely what she was planning on doing, what she might have to do instead, reassured all the way through. I don't want to have problems again, but i miss having Dr. Grucela in my life.
