Dr Parcells is the best plastic surgeon on the East Coast. She performed an explant and a breast lift for me and I could not be happier! My one regret is that I waited longer than I should have and could have had everything done sooner and have had longer to enjoy the new me.When I asked her how she could work with the out-of-shape body of a 63-year-old and manage to make me look (at least) 20 years younger, she simply said “I am a tailor.” And a tailor she is, spinning straw into gold for her thread and making women like me humbly grateful for how well she works.And she can only grow from here, as she’s still so young, and yet, so talented. I must also give a nod to her office staff, all of whom run the place like a well-oiled clock. They are fantastic.Finally, I have to say that it was an insult what the insurance company paid this wonderful surgeon for the explant. I am truly blessed that the expertise she brings to her patients is in no way influenced by the ridiculously low all
