Treatment simple shot in my bad thigh and pain gone for 6 months. That was back in 2017, 18 & 19. Now I was told yesterday that I could not see him by the lady who answered the phone. ?My phone is 312-437-Michael Caruso if I can get in I’ll be there in 1 hr.ThanksMichael
