How likely are you to recommend Dr. Baaj?
After 2 years of severe back and leg pain, I saw Dr Baaj and his team. Their practice is so well run, kind and compassionate. I trusted him and his staff from the beginning, and that's big confidence booster and relief from suffering. After 2 other neurosurgeons at other practices who recommended spinal fusion, I saw Dr Baaj and he recommended decompression surgery, minimally invasive. I appreciate this so much and although I just had surgery, he was very positive about a good outcome. I'm hopeful and he gave me hope. Special shoutout to all the staff, especially Brittnie and Jill. Also special shoutout to Banner Hospital and especially Jan , my discharge nurse. Everybody is so professional, kind and compassionate, it makes a difficult time so much better. I highly recommend them. I've had good experiences from my previous 7 big surgeries throughout my lifetime, but this takes 1st place by far.
