My previous PMD left Scripps and I was had to pick a new doctor. I also had just changed insurance as well and needed several referrals. Dr. Chang was very helpful and gave me the referrals that I needed. She is excellent and listens carefully to what I have to say. She is very good about reminding me to stay on the preventative track such as vaccines, mammograms, and a med for high cholesterol. 4 months ago I had a detached retina which is a medical emergency. I saw Dr Chang that morning and she sent me directly to the Opthalmologist (Dr. Chan) who immediately sent me to a retinal specialist Dr. Alexandria Li. I had extensive eye surgery the very next morning which saved the sight in my right eye. Dr. Alice Chang’s quick and thorough assessment of the issue really got the ball rolling and she herself called and set up the next two appointments. I recommend Dr. Chang to anyone seeking a great doctor.
