Dr. Craig isn't our pediatrician, but she came to our baby's check-up to do a minor procedure for tongue tie. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Dr. Craig's, things didn't go quite as planned. My baby's mouth wouldn't stop bleeding, so we had to go to the ER. Dr. Craig rode in the ambulance with me and my baby, keeping pressure on the bleeding, and stayed with us in the ER the entire time. She soothed my baby like a family member would, and it was so reassuring having her with us in the ER.
