Dr. Schiffern met my son during a traumatic event with efficiency, calm and expertise. Upon follow-up appointments, over the course of a year, she continually treated my son with respect. She took time to address him directly as the patient. verses talking only to the parent, giving him the opportunity to learn how to advocate for himself. She gave clear instruction and education he could understand. She left room for questions and did so with a joyous spirit. As a nurse myself and high expectations, she did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend.
