Dr. Kelly is always very welcoming and happy to answer questions. She also can describe to a patient what the results are of the exams in a positive....we can help you with this....manner. I have been a patient of hers for a number of years and when things change,; e.g. glaucoma she offers engaging another doctor who is a specialist in that area...What I appreciate is how she can. describe a situation in non clinical words and if she feels that I need another opinion she will facilitate that....and the front desk staff are notified and they are very helpful and friendly, arranging an appointment time that is convenient... friendly...helping me make the appointment as I leave. She always makes a patient feel as if they have contributed to their well being....e.g. having regular appointments so when a new problems exists we have a history to look at when looking for a solution.And the two professionals getting info .....testing...before the doctor were great and positive as well!
