Exactly what I needed: a direct-to-the-point, reassuring 'quarterback' of the surgical and diagnostic process. Responsive, prompt, thoughtful, encouraging but not giving false hope. Worked me into his surgical schedule on short notice, met me beforehand to put me at ease, and followed up afterwards. Post-op again direct, informative and caring. The surgery itself (2-inch neck incision and suture) was so smooth that I didn't even use a pain reliever afterward. I'm not an 'informed consumer' of ENT services but for me this could not have been a better experience.
