I've seen Dr. Casciato numerous times with my infant son - she is incredibly knowledgable, patient, answers all of my many questions thoughtfully, and quickly responds to my messages. I have a lot of trust in her. The one downside is her support staff - both her medical assistant and RN I would not recommend. Her MA is fairly incompetent (inputs the wrong height and weight for my son on most visits), and the RN can be snarky (way to add to mom guilt!). This is very unfortunate because Dr. Casciato is so awesome, but I am considering switching providers to avoid her MA and RN.
