During my parents declining years, we spent a lot of hours in the ER with dementia, falls, strokes (3) and heart attacks. I was always so happy to see Dr. Ali Bollinger. She always took the BEST care of them. She treated us like family. She left no stone unturned. She made sure everything possible was done to care for my parents. Even though my mother was confused and sometimes talked about unrelated things, Dr. Bollinger was sweet to her and always protected my mothers dignity. The older doctor with the bow tie was the complete opposite. My father has been gone 4 years and he passed in the ICU there from 2 heart attacks. My mother has been gone a year and a half from Covid. Unfortunately, Mom was taken to a closer hospital since it was a life and death situation and I couldn’t drive her to St. Thomas. I hope Dr. Bollinger sees this because I don’t think good doctors are praised enough.
