What a great experience for a first timer going to an urgent care facility! From the receptionist to the nurse to Dr Lam I felt like I was really being taken care of. Dr Lam asked a lot of questions and took her time to explain & suggest some alternative treatments. She contacted my family Dr to discuss her findings & suggestions. The staff scheduled my CT Scan immediately & by the evening I had my prognosis! I highly recommend CityMD in Willowbrook & Dr Lam.
