This is my care team .we have a plan and keep on top of it .RMCC helps me help myself and keep me going with the latest treatment and regular monitoring .I get my labs in a easy to navigate patient portal .so I can stay on top of keeping my blood work in check The staff is great .and with no family I consider my care team my family .
