I picked Dr. Hein because she was the only female surgeon at berlin hospital & I feel more comfortable with a women doctor , this was first visit to a surgeon . At the office I was greeted quickly & friendly , Dr Hein's nurse made me feel at ease & was very kind , did her job well, answering any questions that I had at that time. When I met the DR. I knew wright away that I had made a good choice. Her check up of me was thro , she answered my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. & her staff
