I was very anxious going into this appointment and she made me feel extremely comfortable as she shared quite a bit of valuable information about the how, the why and what to expect. She was very comforting for what I expected to be the worst. When I left I told her she made my day. When a doctor can turn a scary situation into a very good one - it is appreciated!
