His concern for my overall health. When I visit, he spends as much time as needed to address my concerns and to address my health issues. He listens and his responses are always down to earth. He involves me in all decisions concerning my health and, when he believes I need to be referred to a specialist, he assures I agree and that the referral is made. I especially like the way he verifies any concerning information recorded by the clinicians that receive and prepare me for the visit. Frequently, initial readings that may suggest an issue, are not concerning when he retakes them. I appreciate that he is not an alarmist, and such that I always feel at ease when in his care. Thanks too, to the receptionists and staff who assist him, they are always timely and professional.
