Absolutely a professional on a visit for my wife on 10/15/21 to the ER when we were fearing she might be having a heart attack. Technically Dr. Desai was absolutely competent, ordered the right tests, and knew what he was doing. But most importantly, he was prompt but gave us all the time needed to describe symptoms and events leading up to the event in detail, and he was quite personable and actually the rare ER doctor you enjoy speaking with. I could not more highly recommend Dr. Desai! I will use my real name for this review: Vincent Sellers, resident of Austin, Texas, and a former FBI Agent. I can be a very tough critic, but I believe in rewarding excellent service so wanted to take time to write up a review.
