Dr. Al Astal has proven to be a superior physician for my rare Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension(PAH)! Online with a national support group, I have learned that my local Physician is as on top of my care here as I would have received in the most renown centers in America! I was afraid that being in a small city in WV would have negatively affected my care, but not so with this fine physician! He patiently explains everything to my husband and me , patiently answering our every question in detail! His nurse Carol is so very helpful as well!
