I can't thank Dr. Bruce enough for her kindness, patience, and expertise in my treatment. Despite the ridiculous and frustrating insurance paperwork delays—despite my repeated attempts to resolve them—she remains relentless in ensuring I get the care I need. Dr. Bruce’s compassion and dedication make me feel truly valued and in the best hands. Her Nurse Assistant is just as kind caring for me and with handling the unnecessary extra insurance paperwork. Together, they form an incredible team. Having Dr. Bruce as my doctor brings me comfort and reassurance, especially through all this waiting and discomfort.
