She is truly fantastic. Someone who is to the point in terms of facts yet down to earth, made me feel like a person rather than a patient, she was intentionally very assuring in her quality of work/taking her work seriously. I knew i was in great hands and that she was going to do a phenomenal and thorough job. She was also very optimistic in energy which we were really looking for. She was our perfect fit for surgery!
