Dr. Kunchok really listened to me because I had been diagnosed with MS in my 60's. She is thoroughly educated in her field, especially when she is diagnosing rare cases. Dr. Kunchok understood my fear without my telling her. It is very comforting when a doctor understands her patient, and Dr. Kunchok just gets me. She is sweet and kind and determined to give her patients the best care possible. She has the most beautiful Australian accent, and she even allows me to call her Aussie girl because it makes her laugh. Dr. Kunchok knows that her patients are real people leading complicated lives, but we as patients must realize that these highly trained and educated doctors also lead real and complicated lives. I would recommend Dr. Kunchok to any adult who has MS, for he or she will find Ms. Amy to be healing, caring, and authentic. I would say that Amy is becoming a friend who just happens to treat me, a patient with Multiple Sclerosis. Thank you, Dr. Konchok.
