Patient Reviews
Jun 04, 2024
Pre visit communications (mail and telephone) were timely, thorough and complete. I arrived a few minutes early, as directed, and checked myself in for the visit. Signage directed me to the waiting area. I was greeted promptly and directed back to an exam room within moments of arrival (early) and the nursing review and assessment was completed. Dr. Banks-Venegoni knocked on the exam room door shortly thereafter; announcing her arrival. She was warm, welcoming and demonstrated that she was thoroughly prepared for my visit-exam. Dr. Banks-Venegoni had reviewed my chart; salient history and reviewed CT scan with me; presenting a care plan which was clear and concise. Securing agreement we then proceeded to scheduling next steps in plan of care. I found her staff equally friendly and on top of their duties. Upon reflection on this visit I am very confident with the soft and clinical skills of Dr. Banks-Venegoni and her staff. I anticipate an excellent outcome.
