I have seen that Dr. Ramser is a great doctor and has a good way with patients. She is knowledgeable, skilled and kind. I have seen her twice. She found a precancer and a cancer on my arm on the first visit ( after the biopsy results came back). The office called me back quickly once the results were in. Then they scheduled a second visit with me for the excision of any remaining cancer. She numbed my arm really well and removed any remaining cancerous tissue, which will be sent to a pathologist. Then she expertly put the sutures in place and had her assistant place a nice dressing over the site. Then she used a small amount of liquid nitrogen to cauterize the pre-cancer on my neck. I felt no pain from the excision. I was even able to choose my own music while the excision was taking place.
