In December of last year, I started the process of trying to have the tubal ligation. During our phone interview, she seemed knowledgeable and empathetic. I had to delay the procedure due to personal reasons and Dr. Amy Tao was understanding of my situation! Throughout this time, she and her team had sent me all the necessary information that I needed and got back to me in a timely manner.I finally met Dr. Tao in person in September of 2023 and she was kind and explained the procedure thoroughly.The procedure went smoothly and she made sure to call me the week after to check in. As a 21 year old making a permanent decision like tubal ligation, it was nice to have a doctor with her empathy!
