This is a fantastic pediatrician. She is patient, thorough, and strives to give your child the best care. In order to keep her office running smoothly for ALL patients, she has boundaries and a late policy. This is what upsets some people, but her patients who visit regularly appreciate having a dependable doctor who doesn't run late and takes her time with patients.
