As a Westchester physician of over 30 years, I can attest that Dr. Carniciu's unique talents and credentials are matched by her exceptional commitment to patient care and bedside manner. She's the only oculoplastic surgeon in our community with her prestigious level of training, and her exceptional clinical judgement and surgical skills reflect that. The patients I've referred to her all return delighted with their surgical experience and remark how kind and personable Dr. Carniciu is. Their surgical results (even in the most challenging of cases) and personalized quality of care received are impressive. After years of being THE trusted colleague whom I refer eyelid cases to, Dr. Carniciu is the surgeon I trusted with my own blepharoplasty. She's the one!
