Dr. Carniciu is everything I could’ve dreamed of in an oculoplastic surgeon. She truly cares about her patients (she has seen both me and my sister), knows her stuff and takes care to get it right. We both had our lower lids done and feel incredibly comfortable in her hands. The surgery experience and follow up attention received in her White Plains office is outstanding.
