The provider was considerate when I came in for a follow-up. I ended up going to the ER because I was having pain and they could not do testing there. I followed up with primary thru portal. For some reason there begin to be a extended lapse in the responses back in the portal. It took weeks before I would hear back and when asked they apologized and failed to answer my last message.
