Dr. Andre Saad, the best of the best! He well demonstrated how a well-educated professional behaves. Knowledgeable, dedicated, considerate and extremely approachable, Dr. Saad showed strong passion on his carrier, took my requests and words seriously, and prided himself in achieving goals. I could tell he really enjoyed the feeling of achievements after seeing my significant improvement on the health conditions. Monica, the Medical Assistant, was also very caring and well-organized in handling the entire process. Listed out all preparation work in detail, closely followed up on my latest statuses and always cleared out every concern as early as possible. I have the trust on the entire team. Teresa, the office manager at the Howard Beach location, even spent an hr with my insurance company, pushing for an exam approval, while I was waiting on the spot at the radiology due to the radiology’s wrong schedule arrangement. This saved me another trip.
