I felt welcomed by the entire staff that is there. All the techs were friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Wimmergren explained everything that was going to happen and answered all of my questions. Plus, she made room in her schedule over lunch to make sure that I could be seen ASAP for a broken tooth emergency. She personally returned my calls and emails with questions afterwards- talk about quality of care. Even the billing team was awesome to work with and explained my insurance to me so that I knew what I would be paying. I was nervous to go to an out of network dentist, but they were upfront about costs and had very clear communication so I will never go anywhere else-even if it does cost a me a small bit extra.
