*update from 4+ years later: Doctor E and his team continue to be amazing. They are available, empathetic, understanding and do all they can to address my concerns. Tina Wailey, the PA i see, deserves a special shout out for her continued initiative and willingness to help. I highly recommend this providerI have been using Heritage Hills Family medicine and Dr. Edrich for primary care for over a year now. These guys have been amazing. They go out of their way to help me with letters for school (Dr. Edrich will personally video conference with me), refill meds, see me on short notice and overall be warm and friendly and attentive to my needs as a patient.I am also transgender and medically in transition. Dr. Edrich and his entire team has been fantastic with understanding, empathy and support during this entire process and no doubt will continue to be.I strongly recommend Dr. Edrich for anyone seeking a GP as he and his office can be a good leader for your medical care.
