While waiting in the exam room for the doctor to come in, I was reading a note posted on the inside of the door stating in part, 'there would be no hand shaking for health reasons', so when the doctor came into the room, he reached out his bare hand to shake mine, and did the same as he departed. I thought that maybe he didn't get the memo.
