I right away felt his warmth & care. Very professional yet not mechanical. Dr. Kim made me feel seen & cared for. Not overly friendly either. Just a perfect balance in his approach of being professional, caring, thorough, and a lil chat of some personal shares like travel, on top of the briefing of the accident, the challenges of workers comp, and my treatment options. My appointment was completed with medication and follow up appointment - processed by staff, nurses, and healthcare personnel, in a very efficient way. Clean smell, and clean clinic too. Good vibes!
